About the artist

RC Wonderly

b. 1983

RC Wonderly (b. 1983) is an artist and sculptor who uses humble materials to create his art. His minimalist work is rooted in the relationship between the two and three dimensional, with a focus on the materials – hardwood flooring, plywood, sheetrock and the process. Wonderly received his BFA ('06) from the University of Dayton, Ohio, the same year he won the first place award for sculpture in the Las Vegas Art Museum’s Round Up and received an artists fellowship award from the Vermont Studio Center. He has shown his work in numerous solo and group shows.
The artist currently lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada.
