About the artist

Eduardo Paolozzi

British

1924-2005

British sculptor and printmaker, who also worked with other media including mosaic, ceramics and tapestry. Was part of the Independent Group associated with London’s ICA during the 1950’s. Works were exhibited in 1971 at the Tate Gallery and in 2004 at the Dean Gallery in Edinburgh. Attributed as one of the founders of Pop Art.
