Steve Hough attended North Cheshire College of Art, England and received a B.A. from Slade School of Fine Art, London UK. Hough resides and works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hough is interested in the history and traditions of Post-Minimal reductive painting, and its content of aspiring toward the Sublime through formal considerations of presence and absence.
