Joey Allen is a reed decoy maker who trained in Paiute Tule Decoy making under master Martin George . Allen is a member of the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe. Decoys created by Allen in the Lilley Museum collection are created from cattail and tule reeds harvested around Stillwater and Fallon.
