Robin Jack Sarner is a Los Angeles–based contemporary abstract mixed media artist creating large-scale paintings that materialize lived experience. Through deeply layered materials, gesture, and continual revision, her work gives physical form to what we carry, transforming memory, thought, and experience into tactile, immersive surfaces. Her paintings have been recognized with the Brand 53 Associates Award and exhibited in solo and group exhibitions throughout California, including the Palos Verdes Art Center and the Torrance Art Museum.
Formally trained in art education, Sarner also develops and teaches abstract art curricula for K–12 students throughout Southern California, reaching thousands of students annually. She is an active member of The Artists' Studio at the Palos Verdes Art Center, where she maintains an ongoing commitment to community, education, and contemporary painting.
