Stone, at its core, is a record of the natural world. In this series, Robin Antar follows the material back to its origins, allowing form to emerge from intuition rather than intention. Caves hollowed by time. Flames caught mid-flicker. A seahorse, a swan, a figure on the verge of flight. These are sculptures that feel less designed than discovered, shaped by a process of listening to what the stone already wanted to become. Across alabaster, onyx, and honeycomb calcite, Robin finds life in the most unlikely places, and reminds us that nature, given the chance, always finds a way to express itself.
