"An exceptionally refined and collectible avant-garde work by Henri Nouveau (Henrik Neugeboren) from his pivotal early Parisian period in 1932. The vertical composition on tinted paper is a magnificent example of the author's specific blending of musical rhythms with artistic form, informed by his friendship with Wassily Kandinsky and Paul Klee at the Bauhaus. The scene combines biomorphic, organic surrealist forms with a strict geometric and mechanical order of lines and axes. Rich tones of red, blue and yellow stand out from the dark background, giving the work a strong inner tension, plasticity and depth. The work shows a sovereign, precise handwriting in the technique of gouache or tempera combined with an ink contour. The works from the early 1930s represent the author's creative peak and are represented in leading European museum collections (e.g. in the Centre Pompidou in Paris). Monogrammed and dated lower right."

„Mimořádně rafinovaná a sběratelsky vzácná avantgardní práce Henriho Nouveau (Henrika Neugeborena) z jeho stěžejního raného pařížského období roku 1932. Vertikální kompozice na tónovaném papíře je skvostnou ukázkou autorova specifického prolínání hudebních rytmů s výtvarnou formou, poučeného přátelstvím s Wassilym Kandinským a Paulem Kleeem v Bauhausu. Výjev kombinuje biomorfní, organické surrealistické útvary s přísným geometrickým a mechanickým řádem linií a os. Syté tóny červené, modré a žluté barvy vystupují z temného podkladu, čímž dávají dílu silné vnitřní napětí, plasticitu a hloubku. Práce vykazuje suverénní, precizní rukopis v technice kvaše či tempery kombinované s tušovou konturou. Díla z počátku 30. let reprezentují autorův tvůrčí vrchol a jsou zastoupena v předních evropských muzejních sbírkách (např. v Centre Pompidou v Paříži). Monogramováno a datováno vpravo dole.“
