Working intuitively, Michelle’s dynamic use of bright and vibrant colors along with a unique signature style of circles, swirls and dots not only creates movement, but a positive emotion radiates from each element of her paintings.
Michelle's is very active in the Toronto arts community. As well; her works are published; awarded and held in private collections globally.
Colour and emotion are my inspiration to create. Painting in an expressionist, abstract form and style has given me the best outlet of freedom, allowing my mood to guide and lead the way. My works include pure abstracts, florals and landscapes. With a love of photography I often draw inspiration for my art in the images I capture.
Working most often with acrylics, I apply paint intuitively - quickly, layering and blending with brushes and palette knifes, leaving my favorite part of placing my signature dots until the very end.
