Bloom is about the tension between deep greens and flashes of purple, with paint pushed into every nook and cranny of the surface. I kept thinking about the old Thomas’ English muffin commercial, except for me it became about getting the paint into every nook and cranny. The layers, pours, and texture create a surface full of movement and discovery.
