Encaustic "Floating" Series

Encaustic. One day these ethereal, bubble-like circles suddenly emerged while I was applying my heat torch to melt some of the many layers of wax. I simply welcomed them, and then had a wonderful time learning what I could create with them in terms of color, placement and size.
