Lia Zuvilivia is a multimedia artist from Argentina whose practice consists of paintings, glass sculptures, and window interventions driven by an impulse to explore the immaterial with materials. Evoking a sense of mystery and beauty, her works are inviting to contemplate that which cannot be seen with the eyes.
Born in Argentina in 1968 she holds an MFA from the University of Visual Art of Buenos Aires. She has had exhibits in solo and group shows nationally and internationally among them the San Martin Cultural Center of Buenos Aires and Artere in Paris, selected in the Emerging Young Artists at Recoleta Cultural Center of Buenos Aires and Open-Call at Bric House of Brooklyn, New York.
In 2021 she received a Grant from the New York Foundation for the Arts and was invited to The Pouch Residency in Canada in 2023.
