TODAY, RIGHT NOW, IN THIS POST... I am releasing my first collection, WINTER BLUES.

How did Winter Blues come about? Our PNW winter was a long one with all kinds of weather. We had those times that I call no weather (long days of grey drizzle). You may remember earlier this winter I started a photography challenge, photograph color in winter. I lost interest as there just wasn’t that much interesting color out there. Feeling “blue” and discouraged, I started painting again. The blue is an expression of a winter mood that I know a lot of people were feeling. The botanical and water feel of this group is me channeling my longing for time gardening and enjoying lake time. 

I hope you enjoy seeing the work I did this winter. I would love to hear your thoughts and what you see in some of the abstract pieces.

I have two more collections I am working on uploading, Arcane and Keyed Up. I also have a few "Other Ones", singles, that I will be releasing.
