Born in Brisbane, Queensland, my childhood was filled with beauty, wonder, and creative freedom, values that continue to shape my artistic journey today. I pursued my creative passions throughout my formative years and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Animation from Griffith University in 2007. However, my true passion led me back to oil painting, and I embarked on a dedicated path as a professional artist.
From 2013 to 2017, I showcased my artwork in various exhibitions between Brisbane and Byron Bay, including notable recognition as a finalist in the esteemed Lethbridge Gallery 10000 Small Scale Art Award. I also co-founded Studio 7 Photographic and Art Studio in Ipswich from 2015 to 2018, providing a creative haven for fellow artists.
An extraordinary adventure took me to Vietnam in 2016, where I was selected as an artist in residence at Muong Studio, Hoa Binh in the enchanting north-western region of Vietnam. In 2022, my husband and I relocated to the Sunshine Coast, where I quickly immersed myself in the thriving local art community. This year so far, my artwork has been exhibited at the Immanuel Arts Festival, and I am honoured to be selected as a finalist in the Lethbridge 20000 Small Scale Art Award once again.
