Louisiana based artist, Jackie Begue, works in cold wax medium, dry pigments, oil paint, acrylic, and mixed media and colorful expressions to spark a sense of wonder & a visually energetic experience. Jackie has been honing her artistic skills her entire life.
Whether the expression of art was through the movement of dance, needlework, experimenting with mediums, and photography, the essence of her current work on canvas is the sum of all those experiences.
She began painting in mid-life and studied under the guidance of many Atlanta based artists, master classes around the country, and The Creative Visionary Program.
