Robin Canty studied Film and Television Production at Georgia State University; digital photography at Emory University; water, landscape and portraiture photography at Atlanta School of Photography; and macro photography at John C. Campbell Folk Arts School. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Roswell receiving several awards. She resides in Marietta, Georgia.
