Born in Balibago, Philippines, Jeffrey Wilcox-Paclipan achieved his degree in Commercial Design from International Fine Arts College in Miami, FL. He has exhibited in art festivals and solo and group exhibitions around Atlanta, but also Brooklyn, NY where he won the Curator’s Choice Award at the Brooklyn Waterfront Art Coalition’s “Recycle 2018.” His 2018 solo exhibition “Something out of Nothing” at Chastain Arts Center was reviewed by Burnaway, and his art featured in ArtsATL and VoyageATL.
