This Bloom Study piece places pink blooms within imagery inspired by infinite fractals, bringing together the cosmic patterns, the repetition found throughout the natural world, where smaller parts echo the shapes and structures of the whole. Repeating shapes and shifting lines create a rhythm between the organic and the geometric, inviting the eye to move between the details and the whole. The flowers reminds us that patterns are everywhere in nature, and that we, too, are part of these larger systems of connection and repetition.
Part of the Bloom Studies series, this work is an exploration of shape, color, pattern, and the extraordinary order found within the seemingly simple beauty of a flower.
