Wappapello Reservoir Williamsville, Missouri | October 2020 Sometimes you have to climb inside a giant pipe to get the shot! I couldn’t resist stepping inside one of the large pipes at Wappapello Reservoir. Looking out, I realized the opening created a perfect natural frame around the retention pond—and reminded me of looking through the lens of a camera. It’s one of the things I enjoy most about photography—finding a different way to look at an otherwise ordinary scene.
