Each in the series refers to aspects of our global landscape and outer hemisphere. me·rid·i·an /məˈridēən/ - noun a circle of constant longitude passing through a given place on the earth's surface and the terrestrial poles. In Chinese medicine, meridians are a concept in traditional Chinese medicine about a path through which the life-energy known as "qi" flows in the body.
