I love the inspiration travel brings me, and yet travel itself is not always comfortable. Travelers are in a constant state of transition. We are constantly looking around us for familiar landmarks, searching to find the way, hungry, uncertain and confronted by the unexpected. I love to see the ways we cope — our demeanor, our bravado, the stuff we bring to make ourselves comfortable. This series is a look at that constant state of in-betweenness.
