2023 Interconnected

Houston Methodist presents Interconnected showcasing 32 talented employees, physicians, and volunteers from throughout the system. Our personal efforts to maintain our individualism can be misunderstood as avoiding connection. In truth, we desire and require opportunities to share our experiences. We create numerous ways of being affiliated with family, friends, associates, and the natural environment.

Through the camera lens, Interconnected shares the artists’ exploration of the elements in a kindred relationship with nature whether in the backyard environment of a home, on a wilderness walk or in the far-reaching vistas of a travel experience. Perhaps these images will inspire you to explore interconnections for yourself. These photographs are representative interpretations of Houston Methodist’s ICARE values as experienced while focusing on the inspiration of the natural world.
