Roman Smolcha worked is highly praised for his work on Amish subjects. He has won international awards and has exhibited across the globe He has hosted several solo exhibitions and won the Gold Medal in the Italian Federation National d’Art Photographique for best in show. Notably, he has works in the Whitney Museum’s permanent collection.
