Cas E. Grover (b. 1914) was born in Aspen, Colorado. In 1945, he married Genevieve Lamme. He worked on the Big Thompson Project, for Highland Mines and Highlands Bavarian Lodge, was owner and operator commercial photography studio and was a freelance photographer for The Denver Post. He was a member of the Professional Photographers of America, Colorado Photographic Art Center, Colorado Mountain Club, National Ski Patrol, Aspen Historical Society and deacon for Central Christian Church. His photography consisted of themes pertaining to the views of Colorado and the front range, as well as a other commercial enterprises like the ski industry and frontier airlines.
