Julius Fernan Garrido was born in Manila, Philippines and moved to Denver, Colorado in 2017. Garrido specializes in editorial and portraiture photography, and finds working with Denver’s queer and trans communities especially rewarding. As a queer man himself, he believes that photography can help others better understand and appreciate the community’s beautiful complexity.
