Carolyn Wonders, a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Fine Art, initially gave up her passion for art, feeling intimidated by the art world and lacking confidence as a young woman. For decades, she struggled to find a sense of belonging in the corporate world, feeling miserable and unfulfilled. She ended her business career, began drawing, and quickly rediscovered her artistic talent. Carolyn now spends her days in her studio creating art, as well as connecting with customers in her new gallery located in the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee. Through her art, Carolyn has learned to unapologetically embrace her authentic self, realizing that true belonging comes from within. Her work aims to stir the soul, helping others find connections to ideas, people, nature, and love.
