The same phrase "Jump Out A Window" is repeated over and over again throughout this piece, the watch has no hands to indicate the time, further throwing the viewer into an infinite time loop. The measurements along the bottom are accurate centimetres, however it would take an understanding of the Japanese Numerical system to confirm this.
