Born to Vietnamese refugees, I grew up all over the US, towed along by my parents as they chased the American dream. I obtained a BFA in Design at UT Austin, MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons, and certification in Sustainable Entrepreneurship from FIT. I worked in NYC's Silicon Alley before meeting my husband and moving to Europe.
With the encouragement of a gallerist, I pursued my lifelong dream of becoming an artist. My practice has spanned the realms of dance, installation, interactive technology, and traditional media. I have garnered national television appearances (The Nate Berkus Show, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Flea Market Flip) and media buzz (Surface, Inhabitat, Apartment Therapy) for my approach to upcycling in home decor.
2358MRKT Gallery represents me in the US. I currently live in Switzerland with my husband and son.
