Kathy Miller Stone is a member of the Louisiana Watercolor Society. "Have you ever visited a place and immediately felt drawn to it? " she asks. "Spanish Plaza sits along the bank of the Mighty Mississippi River in New Orleans. At dusk, the intricate rust and black pattern against the blue sky were stunning. I would love for people feel as though they are transported to that same spring evening."
