Luci Paradisi was already a skilled large-format photographer and printer in his native Italy before moving to the rugged west coast of Ireland seeking inspiration in 1999. Over the following twenty years he created several portfolios of platinum and gelatin silver contact prints of landscapes and still lifes, especially his flower studies.

Through his West Cork Prints gallery his prints have been collected globally. His technique is outstanding and his platinums have been compared favorably to works by Robert Mapplethorpe, Edward Weston and Imogen Cunningham and have to be seen to be appreciated.
