Mosaics Made from Acrylic Tiles

This is a very small but growing collection of mosaics. The tiles are composed of acrylic paint that has dried and been peeled up from the palette. Clear gel medium is used to affix the tiles to a panel, and then acrylic paint (usually black paint) is used to paint in the leading/grout lines. It's gratifying to be able to use some of what generally gets thrown away in my art practice!
