Adena Helm lives in Louisiana, USA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts from Athens State University, Athens Alabama in 2001. She has worked in many different media including stained glass, oils, watercolor, pottery, fiber arts and 3d art, all of which influence her painting style now with structure, light, color and texture.

I entertain the idea there is more than meets the eye. The interaction of planned and intuitive layers feels as though I am painting with an invisible partner.
