About the artist

Beverly Patterson

My art education was at first self taught, then I enjoyed studies in sculpture technique, anatomy, and gesture with: Linda Lindsay (Victoria, BC), Scott Eaton (UK), Simon Kogan (Olympia, WA), Brian Booth Craig (Rome), David Simon (Rome), Stephen Perkins (Oakland, CA), Alicia Ponzio (Rome) and Martine Vaugel (France). This is a life-long learning pursuit and I am grateful for the many experiences with my teachers, and for my own explorations.
