In *Tracing the Roots,* I explore cultural heritage, identity, and history through vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and textured layers. The painting is segmented into zones, blending organic and geometric influences. The orange and red sections symbolize life force and cultural warmth, while hexagonal and honeycomb shapes suggest the structured, biological aspects of heritage. Abstracted figures fade into the background, representing the ever-present yet unseen influence of the past. A central figure reaches out, symbolizing a search for knowledge and identity. Circular forms and spirals evoke time's continuity, emphasizing the past's ongoing impact on the present.
