About the artist

Ronald L. Ruble

American

b. 1935

American Born in St. Louis, Missouri but moved to Wisconsin and attended schools there. Worked at Wisconsin Telephone before retiring in 1986 and beginning his 2nd career as an artist. Has received many wards such as special purchase awards from the Oklahoma Art Center in Oklahoma City and the Metropolitan Museum. Works are included in numberous museums and collections such as the Honolulu Academy of Arts, the Mint Museum in Charlotte, and the Flint Institute of Art in Michigan.
