About the artist

David Seyler

American

1917-2010

American artist. Explored a variety of mediums in his work including painting, printmaking, graphic design, furniture design, carpentry sculpture, stained glass, and weaving. Seyler received his BFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago before teaching at the University of Nebraska. His work has been exhibited across the world, and he was a fellow of the International Society of Arts and Letters.
