Who Will Care for the Dead? is an extended field of poetic thought, image, movement, and sound that traces a relationship of kinship between the unraveling body and the cycle of bereavement, isolation, and regeneration. The multi-faceted project consists of several components that work adjacent to one another, the deeper implications of care and reciprocity forged through color and light, texture and deterioration, and a sheer persistence “to survive one’s own departure” (Hannah Arendt).
