About the artist

BG Boyd

American

b. 1981

BG Boyd is a photographer who has lived in Tucson since 2004 but is originally from upstate New York. He has a BS in computer science and an MBA/TM and is currently a software developer.
BG has an appreciation for the arts in Tucson and is a member of the Board of Directors for SAACA.

His main focus is on providing affordable aerial services to community causes and events.

He is one of the few Part 107 certified drone pilots in the the state of Arizona, to have an operational waiver from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to operate over people and moving vehicles (107.39 and 107.145)!
