About the artist

Austin Pratt

Austin Pratt was born in Reno, Nevada, and has since returned where he works and teaches. He received an MFA in Painting+Drawing at The University of Tennessee, and a BFA in Painting & Drawing from The University of Nevada. Pratt is the recent recipient of the Nevada Arts Council Fellowship and was a recipient of the Dorothy Dille and Orin B. Graff Scholarship, a Chancellor's Fellowship, and the Terry Burnett Memorial Scholarship at the University of Tennessee.
