Quite frankly I can’t even remember what medium I was using at the time. I know I was frustrated with my efforts. Strangely I find the image quite pleasing (maybe the reduction of the image photo I saw helped). I am often surprised when I come across work I’ve done years ago and it isn’t as poor as I once thought.

Being an artist in northern Ontario. Northern Ontario has influenced me in every way – the rocks, the pines, the winters and glorious Lake Superior. It was after moving to Sault Ste Marie that I entered the art scene with a two week workshop with Lotan Wabo. The Northern Ontario Art Association with its juried shows encouraged us to enter...annual shows.

C’est après mon déménagement au Sault-Sainte-Marie que je suis entré sur la scène artistique après un atelier de deux semaines avec Lotan Wabo. L’Association des artistes du nord de l’Ontario avec son exposition-concours nous a encouragés à participer... aux expositions annuelles.
