Fractals appear throughout the living world, shaping forms that feel both familiar and endlessly varied. Patterns repeat across scale and time, revealing continuity between what is microscopic and what unfolds in vast, visible structures. Plant life, stone, metal, and animal form echo one another—not as copies, but as variations within a shared rhythm of emergence. In this work, stone, metal, and wire come together as a kind of fossilized presence—a trace of something once alive, now held in transformation. Layers of structure and crystalline growth gather slowly, allowing new forms to arise from what already exists. The piece does not preserve a single moment, but records an ongoing process of becoming. What emerges is a synthesis: a form shaped by repetition and change, memory and renewal. Here, order and chaos are not opposites, but companions—revealing a quiet intelligence that carries through material, time, and scale, continually reshaping what life becomes.
