Artist Statement
My work is a dialog with the art of past epochs in order to rethink artistic achievements and create new works in the vein of metamodernism. The variety of themes in my works reflects the development of the world, revealing new aspects of reality. My view of the world is full of irony, positivity and humor. Combining abstract and figurative, fictional and real in one composition is a difficult but fascinating task for me. My art, whether Plein Air or sketches, are impressionistic and sublimative, often they are independent works of art that do not need to be finalized in the studio. The "Lines of force" in my works are determined by the construction of objects in the space of the canvas. These lines are consistent with modern physical string theory, according to which they are the force that shapes the universe.
I try to find new forms of realization of my ideas, re-evaluating them to determine the strategy of their realization. I like to try different approaches and experiment with different mediums, but I always stay true to the basic idea of my work.
