“Facing” takes her place in the catalogue of images within the eleven year “Portrait of a Woman “ project. Created as blended digital image using my aging face, the piece conveys the female aging experience in all its glory, strength and challenges. The work in the project is available as canvas, paper, metal, collaged assemblages and mixed media pieces. The imagery spans a range of quiet and contemplative to bold and loud. In addition to availability as an 18x24 print, "Facing" can be printed in larger and smaller sizes as well as art cards.
