You could become immersed in this imaginary scene of riotous seaweed growth and rising sea level. It provides an exciting look at the possibilities of climate change, if somewhat overwhelming. The unconventional view of life above and below the water surface provides an almost abstract pattern of shapes and colour.

The painting is quite impressionistic and has rich tones, glowing yellows, oranges and blues and greens, applied with a palette knife with lots of texture. Painted on a stretched canvas, with the sides painted pink, this painting is ready to hang or can be framed by the collector for a more finished look.
