Copies of the two US Congress joint resolutions allowing for the formal recognition of thanks offered to Captain Arthur Rostron and crew of the S.S. Carpathia, and assigning appropriating funding to support the creation of Medals of Honor to be awarded to same in recognition of their support in rescuing Titanic's surviving passengers.
