Matthew Gets Messy Again in Green, 2016

pastels on Arches Cover paper

36 x 29.5 in (91.44 x 74.93 cm)

Signature: in pencil, lower right

$3,500

The Matthew series is one of my all-time best selling series, begun in Santa Fe in the late 1980s. This particular peice was a return to its geometric abstraction to reincarnate (in a new form and colors) the original Matthew Gets Messy, which a gallery somehow destroyed. Like its predecessor, Matthew Get Messy Again is in pastels and pencil on Arches Cover paper.
