Orion, the great hunter, is depicted in both constellation and human form. The story of Eos and Orion is a tale of love found then lost, destined to orbit each other in a celestial dance. Created in batik process with alternating layers and melted wax and dye. The wax is removed and the silk is stretched over a wood cradle.
