A year in the aspens, captured one season at a time.
This set of four bead mosaics follows the changing beauty of the forest from the fresh greens and blossoms of spring, through the rich fullness of summer, into the brilliant oranges and golds of fall, and finally the quiet stillness of winter.
Each piece is created with individually placed beads, using color, texture, and subtle changes in the landscape to give every season its own personality while still allowing the four pieces to feel connected as one collection. White aspen trunks carry through the entire set, tying the seasons together and creating a continuous sense of place.
Displayed together, Season Blocks becomes a celebration of change, renewal, and the beauty found in every part of the year. Each piece stands beautifully on its own, but together they tell the complete story.

Each block is 8x6", framed in black 9x7
