MARY PAZ CERVERA is a visual artist, Mexican artivist who creates a multidisciplinary art project that analyzes the construction of mourning and memory and its healing processes. From her griefs to the collective memory of a society victim of violent situations; she continuously addresses the issue of gender-based violence, exploring its incomprehensible derivatives. Her works weave contemporary obsessions of a violent society between death and oblivion.
