En esta pintura comencé pintando el fondo en su totalidad. Elegí una paleta de marrón, rojo, rosa, azul, blanco y negro. Apliqué sin apretar estos colores en diferentes áreas del lienzo y luego seguí una técnica de "punteado" con una esponja natural, repasando los diferentes colores de pintura con la esponja, aplicando presión y superponiendo, transfiriendo rápidamente las áreas coloreadas, para dar un granito. , como yo lo llamo, efecto de fondo total.
Después de que se secó, comencé a usar una barra de pastel al óleo blanco para dibujar los bordes de varias formas pequeñas y medianas para simular formaciones rocosas, piedra agrietada o fracturada, con colores sólidos opacos agregados para formar y rellenar estas formas de piedra dibujadas.
Mantenerlo todo junto, en esta composición, es el trabajo de línea en blanco y negro. En algunas áreas extendí la línea de trabajo hasta los bordes del lienzo. Ahí tienes, un resumen de cómo creé lo que ahora ves en la fotografía de Stratageo 6. ¡Espero que lo disfrutes!

In this painting I began by painting the background in total. I chose a palette of brown, red, pink, blue, black and white. I loosely applied these colors in different areas of the canvas and then followed with a "stippling" technique using a natural sponge, going over the various paint colors with the sponge, applying pressure and overlapping, transferring the color areas quickly, to give a granite, as I call it, effect to the total background.
After that dried I started to use a white oil pastel stick to draw in the edges of various small, medium shapes to simulate rock formations, cracked or fractured stone, with added solid, opaque colors to form and fill in these drawn stone shapes.
Holding it all together, in this composition, is the white and black line work. In some areas I extended the line work to the edges of the canvas. There you go, a summary of how I created what you now see in the photograph of Stratageo 6. Hope you enjoy it!
