Now Available! Custom framed original oil painting titled Imagine a New Beginning by Pat Cross at the Elevated Gallery in the Greenbrier Sporting Club, Greenbrier Resort.
Dawn raises the night curtain to bathe the landscape with renewing light. Quiet waters mirror the onlooking willows, rocks and foliage with fresh anticipation.
In this painting, the artist layered glazes of oil paint to add luminance to the colors. Some areas are carefully blended while others are applied with a painting knife to set in contrast the rich texture. Painted on a 12” x 24” gallery wrap canvas, the water flows around the 1.5" deep edge and adds more dimension to the piece, appealing to anyone who also appreciates sculpture.
This piece is mounted in a solid wood custom frame, is wired and ready to hang anywhere you want a reminder to refresh yourself each and every day. All materials in this oil painting are of archival quality for lasting impressions.
One of a series of award-winning oil paintings on the North American Landscape by Pat Cross.
